(KWHA_CDC) is a 501 (C)(3) Intermediary Community Development Entity and was formed as a community restoration leader. It is the mission and duty of KWHA_CDC to provide a plethora of innovative programs and strategies focused on “Human Development Through the Lifespan” that resolve the concomitant issues associated with the conditioning of poverty, which are deliberately designed for each individual or Business specifically to propel them into “Wholeness”. KWHA_CDC procures this process with the following programs included but not limited to financing to higher risk, low-income borrowers, first-time homeowners, and entrepreneurs. By providing comprehensive support to borrowers from the moment they apply, through the Financial Planning process to Homeowner Counseling and then onto loan preparation, to well after they close.

Such multifaceted resources are imperative to the human development processes that strengthens low-income populations. As such, we are established with programs that benefit seniors, help unemployed veterans and treat the unconditioned homeless Population.
